Ganesh Chaturthi 2024: Celebrating with Creativity and Sustainability!

This Ganesh Chaturthi, our talented learners at BVRTSE, took a step towards sustainability by crafting beautiful eco-friendly Ganeshas! Using everyday materials like paper plates, paper cups, leaves and old CDs, they let their creativity shine while honoring Lord Ganesha. By choosing natural and reusable materials, our young artists not only paid tribute to the deity but also contributed to protecting our environment. These unique creations are a reminder that festivals can be both joyous and eco-conscious. Join us in celebrating the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi with creativity, innovation, and a commitment to a greener planet!

Environment Day

In celebration of Environment Day at BVRTSE, an enlightening workshop was conducted by Mr. Chaitanya Vikas on the scenic Pashan Hill, specifically designed for primary learners. Around 2014, Mr. Vikas got involved with the local citizen movement in Pashan, Pune, that was aimed at mitigating climate change. Through story-telling and interactive learning, Mr. Vikas instilled a sense of environmental stewardship in the learners, nurturing a generation that values and protects our planet. This immersive experience aimed to foster a deep appreciation for the environment and impart essential knowledge about conservation to young minds.

Another day at school, in continuation to celebrating Environment Day, the learners were enthusiastically involved in Environment Day activities, which included creating posters and slogans that were vibrant and thought-provoking. Learners created art projects using recycled materials, showcasing their creativity and commitment to sustainability. The Recycled Materials Art Wall was a testament to their innovative thinking, turning everyday waste into meaningful and artistic expressions. Overall, the learners' involvement made Environment Day a memorable and impactful event.
