Children have been enjoying hands-on experience in the Computer Lab. They were introduced to the concept of Coding. Coding competitions are a great way for young coders to apply what they know in a fun context and improve their analytical and problem-solving skills. Children were engaged in a range of activities such as Code a Maze - Follow the heart to the finish line using left and right direction cues. They later sorted Input and Output Devices, following which children did sequencing of a range of items and at last they were given a task to solve the relationship of arrow keys and commands through G-Compris Challenge game.
In the 21st century, every industry, every field of science, every career is increasingly digitized, and students are intrigued to know how the technology works. Learners were introduced to the world of computers and the input output devices. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Computer and Tech team of teachers to accommodate our young learners in the Computer Lab for experiential learning. Kindergarten II students are learning to exploring the handling of the mouse, drag and drop items on the monitor and use the keys on the keyboard. Technology has been a great tool used to reinvent the education.
At BVRSTE, the Harvest Festival celebrations were led by Parent Volunteers who came dressed in traditional attire for Lohri, Pongal, Bihu, Sankranti and Uttrayan. It was a pleasure to see the display of seasonal produce and festive feast. Children were very amazed to know that the one festival was called different names within the country. Parents shared photographs and pictures of the traditions, sang some songs and danced with the children. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to dear Parents to take out time to celebrate the festivities with the students.
