DIWALI CELEBRATION

DIWALI CELEBRATION The spirit of Diwali was alive and vibrant at BVRTSE as our learners came together to celebrate this beautiful festival of lights! Dressed in their traditional best, our young stars looked absolutely stunning in their vibrant attire, bringing the rich cultural diversity of India to life. The highlight of the day was the heartwarming sharing of food, symbolizing the essence of togetherness and unity. Learners bought delicious homemade delicacies, and the aroma of sweets and snacks filled the air, creating an atmosphere of joy and harmony. Learners also made beautiful Diwali greeting cards that radiated the essence of the festival. Diwali at BVRTSE, was a true reflection of the “light” that unites us all! Wishing you all a Happy Diwali filled with love, light, and togetherness!

“Special assembly on the theme “Honesty’’” :-
A Special assembly on the theme “Honesty’’ was conducted by the students of grade III C on Wednesday, 18th October, 2023. The assembly began with the prayer followed by the thought for the day, International, National, Sports, School news, and a short skit. The skit explained the importance of honesty through a story followed by a song. The moral of the story was well taken by the students that honesty is the best policy and being honest in the life leads us towards success. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem. .

JOY OF GIVING:-

“Think of giving not as a duty, but as a privilege:-
John D. Rockefeller Jr. To celebrate the spirit of generosity and community, BVRTSE recently observed the Joy of Giving Week with fervour and compassion. Students from various grades collected essential food items like rice, oil, and pulses, creating thoughtful packets for distribution to those in need. The senior students, of grades 9, 10, and 11, seamlessly integrated this altruistic endeavour with their 'IMPACT Initiative'. As part of this ongoing initiative, they ventured beyond the school gates to visit schools attended by the children of daily wage labourers and an elderly care home. Our students also reached out to a group of migrant workers to help them with daily necessities. In these visits, our students not only distributed sweets and blankets but also brought warmth and smiles to the faces of those they encountered. As a symbolic gesture of light and hope, their premises were adorned with 'diyas' that were hand-painted by our lower secondary students. .
