Since 2021, Mr. Mehta has founded and headed the guidance counseling cell at Bharati Vidyapeeth Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence (BVRTSE) , supporting grades 8-12 with subject selection, profile-building, workshops, career fairs, mentor talks and college applications to 10 countries. Under his leadership, net promoter satisfaction grew to 95% also contributing to the growth in enrolment to 1100 students.

In 2017 Mr Mehta pursued College Counseling certification from Columbia University and later UCLA Extension to cement his learnings in career development. In 2023 Globestar Edutech was founded with two branches focusing on Career Counseling & Consulting Services, supporting institutions in market entry and expansion, stakeholder management, curriculum development, recruitment, training, career development and alumni engagement. He has collaborated with top institutions like University of Michigan, University of New South Wales, University of Washington, IE, University of Virginia, Ashoka University, Shiv Nadar, Flame University, Atlas Skill Tech and OP Jindal University.

Mr. Mehta has completed the Executive Program in Management (EPM) at Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business in 2021. A passionate reader, pianist, and startup enthusiast, he frequently speaks at leading education events. He is also the ex-President of the University of Michigan India Alumni Association (UMIAA) , leading a network of 3,800+ alumni across India. In his earlier career, Mr Mehta has played a key role in raising over $6 billion through equity offerings and M&A transactions in India & Abroad, including India’s largest real estate IPO for DLF ($2 billion).
